How can you say it's 'vastly inferior' ?
LoL is arguably more fun to play
LoL is arguably more fun to watch
LoL has more players
LoL has more viewers
LoL has higher prize pools
LoL is made by a better company
LoL is doing the most for future eSports with their LCS system by making it a realistic opportunity for people of all regions to be progamers.

As for gameplay, the 'low skill cap' is really exaggerated, there's a reason Koreans and Chinese are much better than Americans and Europeans, if there wasn't a high skill cap then that wouldn't be possible; compare that to how many foreigners beat Koreans now days in SC2 because of the low skill cap and high volatility. Literally the only thing people from DotA say is "LoL can't deny creeps so it's low skill" but with more objectives like Dragon, Red, and Blue and even the bush mechanic of LoL makes it require the same, or near, individual skill but requires much more teamwork than DotA.

I've played both SC2 and DotA competitively and the time I've spent the last month+ learning LoL has been the most fun I've had since broodwar. The game is really well made, there's constant updates, Riot does an amazing job, the production of their tournaments blows everyone else away.

well this is what can be read from this and your past posts, especially since most of your points aren't valid.

I only said one line about Riot making progaming possible, nothing else had anything to do with that?
Which points aren't valid?

i never played original cod but wow vanilla vs wow now = more time required to achieve things, not skill

SC1 to SC2 now = better mechanics and more advanced features available in current time as opposed to back then, so you're pretty much arguing that a lack of utility and features is good

u trying to be an edgy hipster gamer?

wow, you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about in this post.  literally everything you just said is either wrong or completely unimportant.  allow me to educate you, since you seem to have absorbed nothing up until now:

1. vanilla wow took forever to level as well.  there was no arena, so people spent MONTHS grinding bgs every single day to get R14. it was quantity (lots of bg wins) vs quality @ lvl 70+ (arena, which could get you glad mmr in under 100 games ez)
also, the main raids were 40 man, which took an eternity to get going and recoup after a wipe (running slow ass ghosts).

although i hate new wow, it still requires skill to get glad/any other notable pvp achiev.  so what you said really doesn't make much sense.

sc2 has better convenience mechanics (workers, control groups being more than 12 or w/e)

what you failed to mention is that sc2 UMS games are shit.  the system is setup like shit and has basically killed the mapmaking community.  so many shit maps are 'featured' while great maps are left to rot because people never see them.  basically sucks in every way.

and i am not at all surprised people think sc1 is better when it comes to gameplay.  the micro battles were far cooler and less game-ending.  you could have lots of little fights whereas a lot of sc2 games are decided very quickly in one huge battle.

i personally enjoy sc2 more, but i often find myself missing sc1 because it was a fabulously balanced and well thought out game.

yeah.

I could insert an argument about how your argument is fallacious but that would be a waste of both of our time because you're a retard and couldn't possibly comprehend what would be written.

What do you consider as competitive dota, because I've actually played LoL competitively aka WCG NA back in S1 and I can tell you DotA 2 is a more skill-intensive game than LoL

The design for champions in LoL is awful. Once snowballing occurs, it's tough to stop it. This is not the case for Dota 2. The design of the heroes allows certain heroes to shine within certain levels/time segments, regardless of snowballing occuring (granted a huge advantage wouldn't be too much of a difference - a lost game is a lost game). This is why LoL is vastly inferior.
