nah, bard doesn't mean that but bard has a point which he masks in pseudoscience. Like the brain is simply built up by matter, which depending on amount, order and position these atoms make up the persons mind. What we percieve as intelligence isn't what it really is, different brains give cause to different thoughts and perceptions. Deciding which is the best is pretty hard since they work differently and it also becomes subjective in a way, which type of thinking is "correct" that is what he means, that the i.q test doesn't do all minds justice just one type of.
thats also why i said bard won't be satisfied unless the test requires everything conceivable because then you can actually compare the results objectivly but even then it is basically impossible because the answers will be in different shapes and forms. Like solve math question A, one does a graph another one does it with some painting shit etc atleast this is what i think bard is talkin about if not, it is what counter arguement i would use
