It's a chronic disease, as in symptoms are suppose go away and flare up periodically like herpes.  Meds are suppose to help manage the symptoms when they flair up.  Also, I thought u had it for 3 yrs, you didn't go to the doctor for first 2 yrs you had it??

Not saying that at all, he just didn't seem to know about the disease in detail, so I figured I would tell him what I know about it and if he didn't know about it already, it would only help him.

Wait..

So...

You think. He doesn't know anything. About... the disease... HE HAS?!?!?!!

I said in detail. Do most Americans who suffer from diseases / disorders like migraine know them in detail or only stuff the doctor told them in their short sessions.

What do you mean, ofc I did. It took them 8 months to diagnose me.

ONLY MEDICATED chronic diseases do the symptoms disappear and come back, if the meds arent working, or you arent being treated, you are under a flare 100% of the time.

Crohn's is not a common disease, it isn't that easy to test for/it's difficult to diagnose, like I said, it took them a year, then 6 months of trying humira, didn't work, and pentasa, and so on.

How could I not know everything about this disease, lol.

If the migraine made them bedridden then yeah, I suspect they would...

Well, good to hear you got it under control now. Maybe you will get better results in tournaments with the symptoms under control. Good luck at root and congrats on beating fxo in iptl.

BTW, did you ever wonder if your career as a progamer negatively affected or even cause your condition? There's a strong correlation BTW the disease and stress and environmental factors.

Sorry I think I probably came on a little strong, it's just irritating when someone says do x x and x and you are 100% ok, when I've been struggling with it for the past 3 years.

I was sick before getting into it, that's what I meant by I didn't really have a choice, sc2 helped pass time time, and I just got good at it.

Oh I know why I got sick. I had severe anxiety, severe depression, OCD, and my parents started fighting/got a divorce all around the time before I got crohn's. So...wouldn't really surprise me...

Ya, you were probably more susceptible to the disease genetically from your parents, and all the stress from those conditions caused it. Hopefully you got those disorders under control, too.

Clearly mad cuz I'm not a conformist drone. Get off the band wagon every once in awhile, son.
