He seems nice but anybody who works out 5-6 times a week AND is on a diet does not look like that.

He has most definitely been on a diet for atleast 3 months as far as I know. If you're on a "DIET" and go to the gym that frequent, you're GOING to get results. He still looks like the same person. I respect him for wanting to lose weight, because I absolutely understand what he's going through in being morbidly obese, but he doesn't truly want to lose weight. He's not trying.
