There isn't really an anti-cheese build. 2 rax? I dunno. Just throw down a bunker and wait for their attack to fail.

Honostly if you're not good at the game yet just do whatever you want. You will learn what you can and can't do while playing. Please just play the game. Don't become everyone on this forum.

Yes. Everyone put so much emphasis on builds but if you aren't good enough to execute them then the whole value behind them is lost.

this. i'm a gold scrub myself, been doing almost solely this pretty much ever since i've been playing. it's pretty simple and safe and lets you focus on your worker/unit production (which i think is the most important to learn at first) without having to harass and whatnot at the same time.

Maybe if you learnt how to harrass while macroing when you were still learning you'd be masters by now.

I would take Zach's advice, if you have no RTS/BW experience. Just play the game, play campaign, play team games. Learn the units, the races, mechanics as you play. Then once you play ladder and get your league and are leveled out on that league i.e. no promotions/demotions. Then come back here and post.
