Dont worry, it will all get fixed in time. The most problematics in this game right now seems to be skytoss being waaaay cost efficent and supply efficent, Hellbat´s being waaaay cost efficent and INCREDIBLE supply efficent, widow mines being VERY cost efficent and also supply efficent.
The solutions i see to this is.
PROTOSS: a) increase minerals and gas cost for voidrays, they are better than in wol so why not increase the cost for it? They didn´t do anything to Z Anti-Air well they did, they nerfed the infestor so that seems to be the best thing to do.
TERRAN:

"HELLBAT" reduce the damage of the hellbat and make it so blueflame increase the damage of it instead, that would change so if Terran goes for hellbats it´s most likely mech. Right now i´ve seen alot of bio/Hellbat pushes, that would not be a good thing if they would decrease dmg upon no blueflame.
C) "WIDOW MINE" They are the most cost efficent unit in the game by far (my opinion) and is very hard to play against, they slow down pushes from Zerg and it makes it impossible to punish greedy builds. Reduce the damage of the widow mine OR increase the supply of the widow mine to 5. 135+40 (armored damage) that is about the same damage as 23 zerglings. 23 zerglings costs 575 minerals. One widow mine costs 75 minerals and 25 gas and can kill off 23 zerglings if clumped up.
Siege tanks does about 1/3 of the same damage and is AVOIDABLE, but since the widow mine is sooooo cheap you can make 10-30 of them just to be safe to everything while getting a fourth or even fifth base, it is very hard to punish.
