Well the abs arnt showing but I feel them coming through I think


Also I my Z v T is getting better, I crush any Terrans going bio mmm and crush any marine tank



But banshees denying my third + mass hellions denying creep + darting in and out.. And eventually to be killed by mass mech

Do a 3base brood rush and get roach speed / +1 ranged for emergency roaches if he does an early push for some reason. (if wol)

If hots roach/hydra/viper rush to ultras with double ups and add roach/ing in with sick flanks, runbys and drops

Unlikely mot, you gotta do weight training to build muscle along with eating right I'll get all kinds of gains

Atleast in sc I usually do 8 pool over a 6 pool

Real talk - if u want abs, eat right, do cardio and lift weights. The main 2 being eat right and do cardio. Abs are about body fat not about crunches.

Do both crunches and sit ups. Cut your food intake. Drink only water and lots of it. Run or do something physical at least 20 minutes out of the day and finally make sure you are eating the correct food groups in measure (google this). Six pack in no time.
