Once a build is known how to detect and is scouted.... it is very simple for a zerg player to stop it.

Put a marine on edges / supply depot to stop over lord scouting (suicide) so he can't see your tech etc.

You're completely missing the point. The point is that in the past, it somehow wasn't terran OP but other races needed to L2P. Now zerg is major race in code s and all the terrans are screaming their lungs out 'cause zerg OP.
