i didnt even click on the list but i see continent usa canada in the topic. so im guessing its north american only

the top 50 world list doesn't have cambridge or oxford in the top 20 either.... lol and ~45/50 of the schools are american

It has continent ranking (which would be US + Canada) and then world ranking (which is the whole world, obv) and up to #19, it's 18 US schools and 1 Canadian school.
