There's no OP race.
There's strenght and weaknesses in every race, it's just a matter of playing by them and using them to your advantage.
Most of the times when people cry about imbalance it's because they did something dumb or got countered real bad due to horrible scouting.
I mean IdrA, he cries about protoss when all he needs to do is put on constant pressure while macroing. Instead he does one thing, macro and puts on no pressure.
Toss comes with a deathball and he cries imbalance
