i dont understand why people are so upset about this on reddit

is this not exactly how you would expect player ranks to be allocated? am i going crazy here?

everyone wants to be masters

people are upset about having to beat former masters level players in silver league in order to get to gold league

what is not to understand

I think it's better this way, I wish it was always this hard for master league.

I guess it actually was, considering the player base.

e; except for the Season 1 & 2 HotS hiccup for master league.

I got moved from gold to bronze and I've played a couple former masters already lol. Shit is ridiculous

That's when I got into master, I'll take what I can get.

yeah, being masters league when masters league was like 30% of the playerbase made me feel like a piece of shit

i already 6/10 pool nearly every game, i dont need that shit

the game released with diamond being top 10% and when masters came out, it was top 2%

gm top 0.01%

What are the percentages now?

...you know I am kind of happy that Masters is tough to get into. It always makes it fun to play.
