zergs are just doing a lot more things in the background than terran and are penalized a great deal more if they fuck it up

also, zerg has harder macro, yes, but microwise, zerg takes hardly any skill, whereas terran micro takes a lot of skill and APM

the real thing is that protoss doesnt need to micro or macro (which is why I switched to toss)
