Hellbats main problems weren't that they killed everything at XX minutes, its problems were that it killed everything at any point in time and were extremely hard to deal with and actually impossible to deal with cost efficiently (unless the medivac dies before dropping)


nope ur wrong. Problem actually was with early hellbqts because at that point it was hard to deal with them. Ifyou are having trouble dealing with them later on that only means you are fucking awful, have zero multitasking and should shut the fuck up.
And anyways anyone saying that this patch weakens mech is just a bad patchterran :d

It doesnt have to make sense, cuz a lot of things in the game doesnt make sense either

Also not like the marines' suit isn't a mechanical thingie, and it gets healed by a laser beam. That sure makes sense :d

Infernal Pre-Igniter = 110sec resurch time

starport+medivac = 110sec build time

so attack time of hellbat drops have nothing to do whit it.


before patch = 400gas needed (100factory+100armory+100stargate+100medivac)
after patch = 575gas needed (25tec lab+150Infernal Pre-Igniter )

ontop, Infernal Pre-Igniter can be still resurching, when drop already begon.
and you also get a hellion upgrade

no one pumps out hellbats 1 at a time on a techlab factory with the intention of dropping them

15 yearold autistic eurotrash is calling you bad cause Innovation destroys you daily with hellbat drops at the 20 minute mark.
