beautiful weather, as far as i'm concerned
lower cost of living, wonderful scenery, more interesting night-life for my interests

plus i'm in the middle of an early-20s career change, and even though i'll need an extra 1000 hours of vocational training before i can work in the field, this is a cool city to do it in

plus, there's just nothing interesting going on in southern california, i needed to get the fuck out of there, man.

my only regret is the lack of decent mexican food up here. however, there is a surplus of good looking women up here, and they're seemingly all of the mindset that, "tattoos and whiskey make me frisky!" so i'm going to love it here.

not by blood, but when you grow up in southern california you get used to certain things, like being able to find greasy mexican food carts every block.

you don't miss it until it's gone.
