then after the game the music comes on... holy effing shit nearly blew my speaker was sooo damn loud. I was rather upset to say the least
I am a bit angry with it right now because it made me lose the game I was playing(with the sudden blast of loud music).

That is completely different, the different ads are all mastered at different levels because there is no specific/standard level for mastering things. It is not one company producing all the different stuff, it is different companies renting out time slots.
When you are a company putting on an event, you make sure all your sound works properly. You make sure everything is around the same sound level when you press play. It is what DJ's do at events. It really isn't hard to not fuck up.
