I play zerg.
i'm trying to get from low/mid masters to 1k+ masters, i never learned how to really read builds or use information from scouting.
However I do know the obvious signs from scouting such as a 4 gate or an early pool, if he's going to try a baneling bust or banshees.
my mechanical skill is pretty lack luster (i suck at spreading creep, spreading overlords, injects etc) but my minimap awareness is ok I think and my apm is around 150 average.
anyways..

well all your points are mostly things you got to improve by urself, injecting etc.
here are some scouting informations:
vs zerg:
- put an overlord behind his mineral line at the natural to see how many drones he got, if he doesnt build any get banelings/spine crawlers up.
- try at 6:30 to sneak in his base with a few lings, if you see 4 gases taken and lair upgrading he goes mutas, if he got only 2 gases he gonna roach.
- if ling scout was denied send overseer at ~7min
vs Toss:
- Send first overlord to his natural, if he doesnt ffe keep scouting with lings, if he makes a sentry he gonna take the natural and probably plays a 7-8min push with mass sentries
- if hes goes ffe send your first overlord to his gases at the natural, get your second overlord ready to scout at 7min his main. if he didnt take 4gases at 6:30 he prolly plays 7gate so get your roach warren asap, if he takes the 4 gases its gonna be robo or stargate play, scout his main at 7min to see if he build 3 gates or 6. 6gates = immo allin 3gates= 3rd
vs terra:
- scout his main at 6:00 to see if he gonna plays banchee or not, if he harras with helions its mostly gonna be banchee play anyway
- be always active with lings, get mapcontrol etc to see whats coming. once u lose mapcontrol to terra u lose the game
