I've always watched my replays when I lose to see how/why/what went wrong... I especially love if I play another protoss and lose or even win, since I play protoss I like to see their build orders and why they had more units or how they were able to have better units than I was at the time; etc... etc... It really does help you understand the game more and think of ways you can improve. Also always remember to keep busy!!! If your not keeping busy your doing something wrong... (except maybe in the first 30 seconds of the game or whatever.. lol)
