You said it. Liberators. Set it and forget it. Terran is now the infomercial of SC2. So much for fast paced, high octane SC2, just get set it and forget it!

they aren't really a lategame, but something that keeps you from dying to amoves of the past
it's not like with the other two races' lategame stuff: "ok if i make x in time i'll probably win"
libs are like "ok if i can get enough in time i might not die right now"

That's exactly what they are and having them is what you need to deal with lots of ultralisks. They are a "late game" unit if you need to build them in the late game. No unit is really a "late game" unit, except for arguably tempests for Protoss right now with a tempest based army composition that's really hard to kill. The game is its least interesting when it functions with "late game" units by your definition, such as broodlord/infestor in WoL. A system like the current one which is more about counters, good scouting, and good timings makes for a much more interesting game.

In previous expansions, ultralisks were basically this thing you made late game if you were way ahead and felt like making them to give your opponent a chance to win.

The thing u said about ultras isnt true but w/e the point of my post was to express disappointment towards the fact that the battlecruiser is fucking useless, and it wouls be rewlly cool if they found a way to make it proper
Like right now there is literally zero function to it. As im experimenting with a lot of shit ive found one abuse against p, where it can be useful, proxy starport on dusk, go foe quick liberator range amd force a stargate but if i build a bc with yamato and sit next to the sieged lib he has to sacrifice a whole lot more time and units (phoenixes simply dont kill bcs, so he has to make voidrays, which arent too useful, also yamatoing something, mostly the msc to begin with is nice, and teleporting away with he bc last minute is also really annoying) incontrol lost so hard to it lel

Ok, I'm back - I did about 5 hours of coaching. He got me from gold to top platinum. I can't decide on a good price because he charges me $20-25per hour depending on how many hours I purchase.
You can look at my win/loss on the battlenet profile for my starcraft. http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/profile/1075968/1/Mango/matches#filter=solo

It's not why does the service require a middle man. it is how else are you going to find a good zerg grandmaster coach haha. You won't. Good luck! You can find some on google, but not willing to accept forum gold.

well if you need coaching to get out of plat, you clearly shouldn't spend any more money on this game because you have no talent
never understood people who did this
