This is an interesting idea. It would be good in some situations ( spamming at 3rd) and bad in others (being doom dropped / holding 1b/2b all ins - Hell, even holding proxy 4 racks would be 10x harder).
Yeah well I think it'd involve more decision making and even more important building placement. Also it makes sense that the overcharged pylon actually needs to cool down lel.
