For starters, I'd advise you to get a TKL (tenkeyless) keyboard. The reason for this being is that your hands can be closer together, and thus in a much more natural position.
You'll also want to get a mechanical keyboard (but you've probably figured that out by now). They just feel a lot better and they last for about 6-10 times as long as a rubber dome keyboard.
You want to go for a sturdy and well-produced keyboard. Sure, you could go for a Razer BlackWidow, but its quality just isn't up-to-par with other mechanical keyboards.
I personally own four mechanical keyboards right now, among which is the Razer BlackWidow. The others being the Filco Majestouch 2 (blue MX), CM Storm Quickfire Rapid (red MX), and the Poker II (blue MX).
Of these four, the BlackWidow is clearly the worst in terms of sturdiness, and I'll explain why in a second.
If you want to get a keyboard for less than 100USD, you should either go for a CM Storm Quickfire Rapid, or a Ducky Zero. Both are extremely solid keyboards for their price range, and it mostly
depends on which you think looks best and which is easiest to come by for you.
If you do want to invest a little more into your keyboard, you should check out the Ducky Shine 3, and the Filco Majestouch 2. These are, without a doubt, the two most well-produced Cherry MX keyboards
on the market right now. Both of these are around 170USD if I remember correctly.
Now, for a little bit of a rant on the BlackWidow... The keys are extremely thin, and have legends that stick out a little bit, making it easier for filth to pile up on the key. The legends on the keys are
also extremely ugly in my opinion, since they went for a sort of "1337 gamer" look. Also, the sockets for the switches are very wide, which means the keys easily come off. When I accidentally hit
the space bar on the side too hard with my thumb, it actually comes off and I have to put it back again. This can be good if you want to replace or clean your keys though, but there are also some problems
with that, which I'll get to later.
The stabilizers on the BlackWidow are pretty terrible. They are thin like a wire, and can bent very easily. As a result of this, the stabilized keys feel very wobbly, and can be pushed down on the far
sides of them easily.
The back plate on the BlackWidow is pretty bad too. When you have all the keys removed, you can clearly see that it bends when you press it in the middle. This just gives the board an overall
more cheap and plastic feel.
The BlackWidow lends itself very poorly to customization (as I mentioned earlier), as the bottom row keys have sizes unique to this specific board. As a result of this, you cannot install full custom keycap
packs on your board, like on my Quickfire, here:

TL;DR get a Quickfire Rapid or a Ducky Zero, and don't get a BlackWidow.
EDIT: Regarding switch colors, I'd recommend getting a switch tester from CM Storm, as it comes with a 15USD credit towards your next CM Storm keyboard purchase. Also, if you intend on getting as DAS,
wait for the DAS 4 to come out (it was recently announced).
