Aye, if you're good at defending drops and you can split your lings well to trade somewhat efficiently against widow mines it's very good.

It's also pretty good against tanks on the lowground, but highground tanks will wreck you.

And if the terran moves out (regardless of tanks or widow mines) and you catch them off-guard (not that hard since you'll have EXTREME creep spread with this build) it's instant gg.

If he goes tank / marine, its not will be totally fail?

Nope, it's good against tanks as well, usually because they'll position them between their natural and their third, since on most if not all maps tank won't reach your third when positioned on the highground.

So if nothing else you'll be able to destroy their marine/marauder army and kill all workers at their third while getting a fourth + spire.

You have to make sure to not have your banelings clumped up against tanks though because it's way too easy to take them out.

Also, it's best to sandwich the terran if they have their tanks on the lowground so they won't be able to run their marines behind the tanks (since it's shit to use banes on tanks).

EDIT: if you want I can show you a replay sometime against a tank composition.
