My guess is you likely miss a lot of injects, I know of 2 builds zerg can use to dominately any protoss that isnt high GM. Best and eziest is Ultra ling, get fast 2 evos and just use lings to hold off any and all pressure, +1 armor is much more important than attack in the early/mid game. Your lings will tank much more damage and as a result deal significantly more damage with the +1 armor upgrade. Then just transition into ultras or mutas. If you see heavy robo commitment get mutas if u c a lot of stalkers/archons get ultras. Another is simply turtle up and mass swarm hosts, this is a very boring style of play but almost impossible for lower lvl protoss to handle because they cant navigate through the map and deal multi prong attacks consistently at an efficient pace. Enjoy.
I not understand
http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Stalker_(Heart_of_the_Swarm)
Ground Attack: 10
http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Zergling
hitpoints= 35
35/10=4 stalker hits needed to destroy zergling 0 armor
if zergling have 1armor, 10 stalker damage becomes 9stalker damage
35/9=4stalker hits needed to destroy zergling 1 armor
zealot double strike 8*2attacks == 35/16=3attack animation from zealot needed to destroy zergling o armor
becomes 7*2attacks===35/14 = 3attack animation from zealot needed to destroy zergling 1 armor

the key to success in zvp is to build 30 spines/spores per base and get swarm hosts with corruptors and vipers
also, never attack
this
but if make swarmhost urly game, da spines/spore can be reduced a little
and if build a base close to toss-scum
you can sent a few locust to toss, from your base, to keep it bussy/do some damage
