Protoss is often the cause of many problems, but in most cases, also the solution.

I have already been walling off with a spine and 2 evos with the 4 queen opener, I've never really died to hellion run bys recently, it's mainly just when I open gas or go 4 queen and they open reaper and transition into hellion banshee. Since I don't get to grab a 3rd early on, I'm delaying it and instead getting faster spire - with gasless opener - therefore if my 3rd is delayed, when they hit with hellion banshee, my 3rd isn't complete implying that I don't have spores or creep near that area esp. against terrans who are relentless with their hellion reaper at denying creep.

Particularly because I think of this in 3v3/4v4... How do you beat a maxed out toss?




















By being toss yourself.

Blind roaches are good at defending hellion banshee, however they're extremely inefficient at holding medivac timings :/

Soulkey had a pretty decent reaction in this game, where he makes an extra queen and goes into roach->muta, I'm not sure if this is in reaction to the reaper opener or just his game plan from the start but it seems doable.

-Delayed 3rd
-Faster Lair
-Roach -> Spire
-5 Queens instead of 4 in reaction to Reaper
