Don't use f2 to control your army. Use hotkeys, because you want to get in the practice of leaving a sentry back at your natural for PvZ.

Also you keep moving your observer because you're using f2. Don't use f2 -> have way better map vision -> win more games.

You need to be poking outside your base with lings to locate the hellions and keep track of the count, so you know where to respond with your defenses if he's going to poke again, or if you need to have lots of units to stop a large hellion attack.

Your Zerg play is much better than your Protoss play. Your unit control is much stronger this game.

You opened gate first against Zerg then didn't poke :/ Much better off going for a FFE if you don't plan on doing an early pressure.

FFE is a stronger economic opening, gate first is a stronger aggressive opening. By opening with an aggressive build and then not aggressing, you are sacrificing economy for nothing, just like sending 10 probes to the wrong rally.

For Zerg/Terran, BOs are not quite as critical as for Protoss unless you're looking for a timing attack. With Terran you should map out your tech to starport, and with Zerg you should have your timing up to adding 2nd+ gas. With Protoss you should have everything timed out up to your first push.
