i did like everything to fix the issue on my pc until i tried pinging an ip on both my laptop and pc while playing. whenever i have that lag, i have timout/packet loss on both pcs.
problem always occurs whenever i run a twitch stream on high or source while playing.
Sounds pretty much like my situation here. We aren't allowed to access the settings ourselves.
