I think best way to just listen music spam apm at start and when game goes longer just try
to hold apm and try to do more and more all the time faster.

tbh it didnt just increase my apm but eventually i just started to do more stuff per second and im
currently sitting at around 220 apm and doing more usefull stuff all the time and not doing anything
useless except sometimes commanding army to one location more than twice.

edit: dont watch every replay how much your apm is.. its not relevant. just spam apm and try to hold it in later game and do usefull stuff with it.
