Watched your replay, just some notes I took while going through it briefly.

Good scouting in the early game. I would say your 3rd is late after spotting the FFE, but that was a really awkward spot--who has two gates that early?
9 minutes, you have a group of 4 lings sitting at an expansion. Leave 1 there, leave 1 at each watch tower, put 1 outside the ramp from his natural. You'll be able to scout a lot more with the lings spread out than you will when they're clumped up.
Way too many early lings. You haven't scouted any pressure, there's literally no reason to make that many lings early on. Build more drones.
Good creep spread.
You have nothing going on at your 3rd base. Not mining, not getting gas. Do something nwith it. Also you're floating about 3k resources, take another base or two.
Make sure to use a creep tumor or two to spread creep between all the bases. You've got a big clump of tumors spreading in the same area...spread them out a little to get a wider area of vision.
16 minutes, you are still on 45 workers. You need more drones and more bases.
You've done a good job of denying him a 3rd base, so props on that. You have good map control with muta presence and ling presence, he's very confined in his base, which is a good thing.
On the engage, use mutas to focus fire the colossi.
The attack at 22 minutes could have been easily prevented had you spread creep to the sides as opposed to just in the middle.
@25 minutes, you have no tech with your army. No hive tech, no corruptors/mutas, no infestors, no swarm hosts. How do you expect to win that fight? You need an answer for his tech, and roach/hydra does not beat colossi.
@25-you spot his army. It's small. Go in.
Be reinforcing in the middle of fights.
Don't walk into his army to attack. Kite back, kill his zealots, dodge his storms, then crush his tech units after his gateway buffer is dead.
Above all else, expand. You were on two bases the entire game (you had a third but never used it). You should have expanded a million times and mined out half the map by that point.
Keep up the good work :) You have a strong foundation from which to build.
