I think its overrated like hell!
lets say, you need 5infestors, to Fungal 10 units from a army of 20units, make it 20 marines
your fungle1, damages 10 marines, and stop them from action
your fungle 2, destroys thouse 10marines
fungle 3+4 do the same vs the other 10to20marines
time ends at 4*4sec=16seconds
you killed 20 marines = 20*(50+1/8*100) = 1250minirals destroyed
45life*20=900 life destroyed
ofc you also take damage,
10marines*8seconds*7dps=560 life destroyed
560/90infestor life = 6.2infestors lost
100min+150gas*1.25extra mine time+2/8*100supply = 312.5minirals per infestor
1250minirals of marines destroyed / 312.5 per infestor = 4infestors needed to be killed to make terran feel good about loosing 20 marines
ofc you have rouche that take damage instead of infestor, but the minirals you spent in infestors will influwence the number of marines vs rouges
