Viking/Tank is a terrible composition
Skytoss with voidrays is pretty risky because vikings can kite voidrays
Tempests or phoenix are better to counter IF you're going skytoss

If you see mass siegetanks without any heavy marine support you can make chargelot/immortals
If there are any bio supports you can do chargelot/immortal/storm
