widow mines shoot at changelings that are not transformed into fake marines yet.
use that to clear stupid widow mines in front of your base or in the middle of the map without having to sacrifice units.

make 3 spores at each outlying base to defend against drops! (they kill a medivac in 3 shots each, that's 1.72 seconds!)


OR in case you go for a roach hydra viper army, put 5 hydras at each outlying base. you can afford to miss these 10 supply BECAUSE - if a terran drops 2 medivacs at once, that's 20 supply for him and only 10 supply for you.

spores are your best friend right now, in zvp you can zone the map with swarm/spore and pick off big units with viper until you can counter his army comp
in zvt, 1 spine and spores at all bases will save your ass; spores + queen means the drop will have to boost out before the drop is done, so 1 spine is sufficient, usually. obvious exception for doom drops.

keep overlords on all drop paths/extra bases, either to scout for your own expansion, or to goop the spawn to delay

same thing with lings, between lings and good creep spread you should never get caught off guard by a flank or push

In ZvZ, if you do not scout the 2nd overlord with your first overlord, you might be getting 10 pooled (or early pooled). Obviously not 100% as he can send his overlord in a different direction, but most of the time you will scout the 2nd overlord if hes going standard openings.

In ZvT and ZvZ, block the front of your nat ramp with 2 evo chambers and queens, possibly a spine if you think hes going to be aggressive. More viable in ZvT than ZvZ imo.

Bind your creep spreading queens to different keys (I use 4 for injecting queens, ~ key for creep spread queens).

Scouting vs Protoss is very important. Don't be afraid to get overlord speed before lair if you are unsure on what hes going.

If you think you should of won the game but didn't, call him a shit player and leave the game.
