Tried calling customer support again they said that its nothing they can do atm it will break the game if they reverse the action done on my account and they are working on a fix and to give them a call back in around a week closer to heart of the swarm.
Also i mentioned how wow did it and they merged accounts but the thing is those accounts were still there by choosing Account 1 and Account 2 etc
