from my experience i have to try much harder with t/p than i do with zerg. 

here's the order (which i'm sure is reasonably common in the community, or common with anyone who's played all three races in similar competition) in which i believe the races to be in terms of skill necessary to win

terran .  protoss . zerg .

Toss is the easiest by far/is for casuals who want that masters rank without spending the time.
I love when i rand toss. Free ladder points and i don't even have to try.
