You don't get sixpack from having strong abs, you get sixpack from having a really low bodyfat percentage

running and dieting is 50 times more effective than abs workout if you want to achieve sixpak

This, as someone who does a lot of ab work in the summer, most of the 6pack actually comes from diet. Cardio helps a lot. In my experience. Doing "top" abs is better than side or bottom, although it's all important. I have personally noticed that my abs pop the most when I do stuff that's more upper abs.

I estimated my calories today (you guys say diet is 50x more important or whatever?) I had around 4,500 calories today

About 4,300 yesterday

How much should I be eating?

Also after Zerg all ins (my comp lags too much when big battles happen)

It really depends on what you are eating, and how much fitness you're doing. 4300 is on the higher if you're not doing any fitness and it's all junk though.

I do probably ~2k calories a day.

Protein, multi-vitamins, and fish oils.

Pretty decent diet, my breakfast during the week is fruit, lunch is usually chicken or a sandwich.

Too much coffee probably.
