Hold up dood! I thought you wanted a desktop computer not a laptop.

Don't get a laptop they blow price and performance wise so hard. I didn't have internet at my house for a while and i bought a desktop computer and dragged it around in a box to my friends house's. Thats how much i wanted it compared to a laptop. Unless you are EXTREMELY mobile, already have a PC, then you would get a laptop and it MUST be
an ASUS. Everything else blows in comparison by FAR. If you like shiny things and wanna be cool then maybe an Alienware.

EDIT: I guess that MSI one is decent but that runs at 2.4 verses something with the potential of 2x that,

I'd prefer a laptop ^_^

Ill be streaming hooked up to monitor/keyboard/mouse
I want 720p/60fps minimum

30 fps probably
to have a 60 fps stream(game dependant) you need roughly 4ghz

but it should be good actually

So I guess I wouldn't mind getting 2x older graphics cards if they would perform better than 1 expensive one -o-

no, especially since sc2 doesnt manage well sli/crossfire
and you re wasting money (energy)

of course it doesnt thats a processor

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834230580 looks like a good deal on a laptop

thing is about a "streaming laptop" is its going to be a big laptop like that^ one so if your reasons for wanting a laptop are to take to school its not a good idea

and dont get a laptop with 2 gpus because it will be like 6 inches thick

If you're doing Photoshop, you would be better off with the 8350 over an i5. The added cores make it better for multi-threaded applications, but i7s are better than the 8350. Getting an 8350 will alow you to save a lot of money, though, so I would recommend it (allowing you to buy a better GPU).

Inb4 Intel fanboys come at me.

EDIT: 8350 with a Gigabyte 990FX-UD3 and a 7870 or 560ti(maybe even a 660ti [7870 is better and only slightly more expensive than the 560, but the 660ti is better than both]).

I take it you haven't looked at any performance charts? Especially at the price point, the 8350 crushes a lot of CPUs. 3570k is the best gaming CPU hands down, but when it comes to other tasks, it can fall behind (multi-threaded tasks). Intel only provides hyperthreading in i7s.
