protoss and terran are easiest, zerg is hardest

protoss, then zerg

protoss is easy untill mid masters, then you have to know how to place ff and play the game to win

i think terran micro is the hardest,
but they are the safest race

zerg macro is easy. micro isnt that hard, just have to play fast ( which isn't hard)
but zerg has to scout the most to stay alive/ahead probably.

Depends on the level of play we're talking about. At the tippy-top level of play, Terran are the hardest race, requiring the most micro. At lower levels of play (since we're talking EASIEST, I'll assume that's what you mean), Zerg is the hardest race to play.

Protoss is the easiest then Zerg and finally Terran. Terran is a race with so much potential if played perfectly its unbeatable, so they couldn't possibly make the mechanics too easy...

For protoss you need to know what units to build
For terran you need to know how to micro and position units
For zerg you need to know when and what units to build

I would say zerg/terran is about equal in terms of how hard they are to play.

Terran, that's why there's so many terrans in bronze/silver/gold, not many in plat/dia, and then lots in masters.
Once they learn to properly build marines, they skip to masters without the need for plat/dia.
