I should add, you can obviously donate fg to whoever you like for whatever reason you like, but I can't make it part of the tourney unless it's objectively judged...

do we have any idea what day and time frame these games will be played? I have both nights open this thursday and friday, but it would be good to let everyone else know to be able to plan for it? Would it also be taken place over the course of a few days? Or all games done in a few hours?

Each round will have at least two days to play their games

If people finish up quickly in the later rounds we can move faster

Why don't you let the person who donated FG for that reason be the judge?
You also can be included in it if they wish. After all, it is your tournament and their FG.
