the better his opponent, the better god plays
TBH I didn't think he had a shot in hell against Life. But holy dicks did he play well the second game. If he plays like that Leenock is dead.
That being said, Leenock has different skills than Life. They're both very aggressive players, but Leenock prefers broods and is phenomenal with them. I haven't seen Flash play against a seriously strong brood lord comp (since these were the only two MLG games I've seen) so while he should hold okay against the fast aggression of Leenock, how he'll do against a big brood/infestor clump is another issue. Further, Leenock is comfortable playing that style off of 3 bases...mitigating one of Flash's biggest strengths from the first game, his drop harass. Leenock can lose those bases and still win a game just from a single death push because he's so proficient with his brood armies.
If Flash brings anything but his A game, expect Leenock to take it. The kid's on a tear and he's bringing out a very different style of Zerg. But if anyone is prepared for relentless aggression, it's a SCBW pro like Flash, whose hold in the second game against Life's non-stop pressure was nothing short of spectacular. If Flash plays like he did in the first game, though, Leenock is going to leave $25,000 richer.
