terran and zerg have to engage their army in good spots or they lose
protoss makes good spots with ff
or gets out of bad spots with: FF, blink, or recall.
they are not punished like the other races for bad engagement/ decisions

if i recall during blizzcon when they were asked he said "come on, 80 damage off a 4 second warp in? what were we thinking?"
