dont really understand why taeja donated 130 food of his army to banelings and infestors when he already won the air battle anyway

I don't think that was the problem. Taeja basically macro'd so hard and let Sniper just sit there droning, teching and getting bases.

In my opinion as Terran/Protoss you need to harass and put pressure so Zergs can't have 70+ drones and 4+ bases. Which Taeja did not.

he only needed like 3 fungals because taeja basically presented his army on a platter nicely compacted to fit a nearly maxed terran army into two tiny circles so i think given the faster rallies, with vikings he would have easily won the air battle with or without those few fungals

He could not seige though, he was already maxed but only had like 8 vikings. So if he seiged he would have lost everything anyway, because the broodlords. So he tried to fight unseiged to not get splash damage on himself.

he killed like 10 corruptors with those marines lol.
if it was worth it, i dunno but thats the only reason he won the air battle
