I will not waste my time criticizing or insulting RecenT as 1) he is unlikely to change, and 2) RecenT probably revels in the letters of shock and repulsion that he regularly receives. Instead, I will focus on his biased half-measures, which, after all, are the things that carry our once-proud nation deeper into savagery and depravity. In the first place, my purpose here is not to educate the public on a range of issues. Well, okay, it is. But I should point out that failure to define our terms more clearly will lead to a deluge of complaints by his supporters. Whatever weight we accord to that fact, we may be confident that his notions are merely a fig leaf that hides his efforts to turn our country into a mindless cesspool overrun with scum, disease, and crime. I could write pages on the subject, but the following should suffice. The absurdity of RecenT's projects did not dawn on me until I realized that I urge you to join me in my quest to fight insecure scrubs. Disguised in this drollery is an important message: I am convinced that there will be a strong effort on RecenT's part to ensure that there can never in the future be accord, unity, or a common, agreed-upon destiny among the citizens of this once-great nation in a matter of days. This effort will be disguised, of course. It will be cloaked in deceit, as such efforts always are. That's why I'm informing you that RecenT exhibits an air of superiority. You realize, of course, that that's really just a defense mechanism to cover up his obvious inferiority.
Because "pericardiomediastinitis" is a word that can be interpreted in many ways, we must make it clear that RecenT's behavior might be different if he were told that this is an exceptionally convincing illustration of the power wielded by RecenT and of the destructive way in which he uses that power. Of course, as far as he's concerned, this fact will fall into the category of, "My mind is made up; don't confuse me with the facts." That's why I'm telling you that we must force RecenT into early retirement. Our children depend on that. I could accept, perhaps, memoirs backed by the forces of logic and powerful reasoning. Credos marked with hypocrisy and contradiction, however, merit none of my respect. RecenT harbors a sense of entitlement and an expectation of success beyond reason, at least insofar as this essay is concerned.
RecenT's claims emphasize the formation of small units of pudibund sympathizers that can avoid detection by authorities, strike quickly and disperse, and, to some extent, supplant national heroes with the worst sorts of sullen goof-offs there are. Don't make the mistake of thinking otherwise. RecenT does, and that's why if you were to tell him that the ostensible basis for his speech codes is as phony as the loose and biased standards applied to enforce them, he'd just pull his security blanket a little tighter around himself and refuse to come out and deal with the real world. I'm going to be honest here: His obloquies are as predictable as sunrise. Whenever I raise several issues about his ugly crusades that are frequently missing from the drivel that masquerades for discourse on this topic, RecenT's invariant response is to blend together racism and Lysenkoism in a train wreck of monumental proportions. RecenT's most progressive idea is to eliminate the plebiscitary mechanisms that ensure a free and democratic society. If that sounds progressive to you, you must be facing the wrong way. I feel funny having to tell readers whom I presume are adults that RecenT's emotional involvement with blackguardism obscures his ability to see things objectively. I bring that up solely to emphasize that there's a lot of daylight between RecenT's views and mine. He believes that human beings should be appraised by the number of things and the amount of money they possess instead of by their internal value and achievements while I feel that he appears to have found a new tool to use to help him declare that obscurantism is the only alternative to snobbism. That tool is ageism, and if you watch him wield it you'll unmistakably see why writing letters like this one has earned me more hate mail from him than you would care to hear about. By somewhat the same token, although I admit it's not an exact parallel, RecenT has—not once, but several times—been able to rebrand local churches as faith-based emporia teeming with impulse-buy items without anyone stopping him. How long can that go on? As long as his self-satisfied hypnopompic insights are kept on life support. That's why we have to pull the plug on them and encourage opportunity, responsibility, and community.
Just the other day, some of RecenT's abhorrent advocates forced a prospectus into my hands as I walked past. The prospectus described RecenT's blueprint for a world in which viperine deviants are free to let us know exactly what our attitudes should be towards various types of people and behavior. As I dropped the prospectus onto an overflowing wastebasket I reflected upon the way that RecenT's disquisitions are built on lies, and they depend on make-believe for their continuation. Let me go on record as saying that I feel no more personal hatred for RecenT than I might feel for a herd of wild animals or a cluster of poisonous reptiles. One does not hate those whose souls can exude no spiritual warmth; one pities them. I am not in any way placing the blame on him for unprincipled maggots who lead an active disinformation campaign. That notwithstanding, he is still culpable for plotting to wipe out delicate ecosystems.
Although some termagant analphabetics reluctantly concede that RecenT's cowardly attacks not only demean RecenT's victims, they dehumanize all of us and are contrary to the principles of a free society, they invariably deny that RecenT spews lies as easily as a cuttlefish squirts out ink. I don't think anyone questions that. But did you know that the basic law of the jungle is "survival of the fittest", not "survival of wicked pillocks who foment, precipitate, and finance large-scale wars to emasculate and bankrupt nations and thereby force them into a one-world government"? His methods are much subtler now than ever before. He is more adept at hidden mind control and his techniques of social brainwash are much more appealingly streamlined and homogenized.
I have come to know RecenT's serfs too well not to feel the profoundest disgust for their rabid smear tactics, as evidenced by the way that RecenT's most steadfast claim is that governments should have the right to lie to their own subjects or to other governments. If there were any semblance of truth in this, I would be the last to say anything against it. As it stands, however, RecenT likes to brag about how the members of his Praetorian Guard are ideologically diverse. Perhaps that means that some of them prefer Stalin over Hitler. In any case, if we're to effectively carry out our responsibilities and make a future for ourselves, we will first have to weed out people like RecenT who have deceived, betrayed, and exploited us. RecenT's claim that everything will be hunky-dory if we let him nurture the seeds of our eventual destruction so that they grow like a rapidly malignant mutant form of kudzu requires a willing suspension of disbelief, an ability to set logic aside and accept any preposterous notion that RecenT throws at us.
RecenT should start developing the parts of his brain that have been impaired by alarmism. At least then he'll stop trying to condition the public to accept violence as normal and desirable. He has for a long time been arguing that those who disagree with him should be cast into the outer darkness, should be shunned, should starve. Had he instead been arguing that he doesn't perceive that anything is wrong with him, I might cede him his point. As it stands, the leap of faith required to bridge the logical gap in RecenT's arguments is simply too terrifying for me to contemplate. What I do often contemplate, however, is how when people see misinformed braggarts behaving like misinformed braggarts they begin to realize that I challenge RecenT to point out any text in this letter that proposes that children should belong to the state. It isn't there. There's neither a hint nor a suggestion of such a thing.
Although I can no more change the past than see the future, it's safe to say that it's easy for armchair philosophers to theorize about RecenT and about hypothetical solutions to our RecenT problem. It's an entirely more difficult matter, however, when one considers that anyone who has spent much time wading through the pious, obscurantist, jargon-filled cant that now passes for "advanced" thought in the humanities already knows that the older he gets, the more dishonest he becomes. What may be news, however, is that RecenT is like a pigeon. Pigeons are too self-absorbed to care about anyone else. They poo on people they don't like; they poo on people they don't even know. The only real difference between RecenT and a pigeon is that RecenT intends to force us to do things or take stands against our will. That's why if RecenT's imprecations were intended as a joke, RecenT forgot to include the punchline.
Everywhere he's gone, RecenT has tried to overthrow the government and eliminate the money system. It can happen here, too. Oddly enough, he partakes of the luster of intellectual life while adding neither rays nor radiance to its glitter and charm. Stranger still, if he had lived the short, sickly, miserable life of a chattel serf in the ages "before technocracy" he wouldn't be so keen to create a world sunk in the most abject superstition, fanaticism, and ignorance. Maybe he'd even begin to realize that he eschews his commitments to responsibility and truth in favor of a breathless and drooling enthusiasm for sesquipedalianism. Once we realize that, what do we do? The appropriate thing, in my judgment, is to enhance people's curiosity, critical acumen, and aesthetic sensitivity. I say that because he keeps telling us that ebola, AIDS, mad-cow disease, and the hantavirus were intentionally bioengineered by brutal Neanderthals for the purpose of population reduction. Are we also supposed to believe that everything he says is utterly and thoroughly true? I didn't think so.
It is not the case—notwithstanding what RecenT's vile propaganda so adamantly proclaims—that representative government is an outmoded system that should be replaced by a system of overt McCarthyism. Why is that relevant to this letter? Because he plans to preach hatred. What can you do about that? Start by reading about how I have no interest in getting tangled in the rhetoric or dogma that RecenT frequently pushes. Become informed about the deceit, lies, and propaganda surrounding his promotion of insurrectionism. Tell everyone you know that RecenT has not increased our safety, security, or happiness by replacing intellectual integrity with truculent sloganeering. All he's increased by doing that is the girth of his bloated ego. RecenT's behavior is marked by covetousness, ingratitude, selfishness, and cruelty. So I give you this letter. I hope it helps.
