Make it happen people, this isn't brain surgery. I shouldn't have to babysit matches. I have a full time job, three kids, a pregnant wife, I'm three weeks from closing on a house, and I have nightmare insane female Chinese landlords to deal with who don't know English, let alone CA tenant law. Even a compartmentalizing, time managing, multitasking ninja like me has limits.
