There was a showmatch like this one in the past with the same stakes where both players knew if they lost they had to stop posting here. One ended up loosing and kept his word. He was never seen here ever again.
I highlighted a part of the text you wrote, because I feel that whatever remains of our forum wouldn't let the loser remain here in the sense that he would never be taken seriously. Your word as a man is supposed to mean something and if you lost and actually remained here, people would never let you forget the day you lost.
Therefore, I honestly feel that this whole "showmatch" should be scrapped. There are more entertaining things we can do as a community. I'm willing to pay for a couple hours of Derek's time so that he can stream some games playing protoss. Pretty sure that would be enjoyable. Derek is dwalk1989, the zerg grand master player you've been having a lot of disagreements with.
