I'll do it for 1500 a league and i'll subcontract it out to a resident pro-gamer and take a sizable portion for commission.

NA GMs are simply better than EU GMs. EU is where GMs go to play no rush 20 minutes. If you want innovative timings, players that will punish every mistake, and good educational games, I recommend NA. For those times when you're feeling a little tired, maybe just want some nice easy wins, I recommend EU.

EU late game are static defense all over the map sitting back and waiting until the maps mined out before they try to attack.

I can do it for you. 150/league. Decent winrate and I can do it in a day. It's about 25 games for masters promotion. Let me know
