Never lose your first couple stalkers. Games pretty much over at that point.

I find if going for a non-all in style I have the most success in just gate/core/mothership/nexus/robo then play vs what they do.

Once stim is out you NEED splash damage or you will be relying entirely on your ability to force field their army in half, which if you dont nail. You lose 100%

Also proxy stargate into a blink all in and dt expand are both very strong on ladder if you can do it without being scouted. Although oracle is pretty much expected these days.

Another one of my personal favorites is go fast 2 base templar exept hide all your templar tech somewhere... Then hallucinate a colosus and move out so he can see you, then retreat.

If done properly he will start viking production vs your templar tech, ez win ;)

All else fails, copy GSL builds.

what he wrote makes a lot of sense. really few things better than rolling up to a terran who is convinced you have col, while having 5-6 temps and 2 shotting his army :drool:

by the way, tvp is still really broken at the moment, no matter how david kim balances the game, his effort has always been futile
