I suggest that you check your router and make sure it doesn't have a built in firewall, have you checked your router settings?

EDIT: From memory there is another port forward which needs to be added but I cannot think what it was.

EDIT 2: If none of these things work I can suggest joining a random game in the list, leaving and then creating your own (sometimes that worked for me)
