If you go double hatch before pool, get 6 queens. Just get them ASAP: 2 queens per hatch.

If you go hatch pool hatch, get 5 queens.

Use the 2 or 3 spare queens to spread creep fucking aggressively. Take quadruple gas at 7:00, take the 5th and 6th gases when your lair finishes (unless you're going ling roach).

The queens + lings are more than enough to hold off any early zealot pressure, especially since your bases will be connected by creep, so your main and natural queen can help out at any time.

What I usually do it this:

15 hatch
17 pool
17 hatch
double queen at both main and natural
queen at 3rd when it finishes
7:00 quadruple gas (get speed -> lair -> ranged upgrades)
7:30 roach warren + double evo

When lair finishes, I either get a hydra den or a spire. If he goes for some 2-base shit I get the hydra den, if he plays very greedily I get the hydra den (deny his third ezpz), otherwise I get the spire.

Get fourth when you feel safe.

Do this while scouting the toss at around 6:30 and keeping an eye out for when/if he drops a third. Also, creep spread like a mad man.

EDIT: do not build units until you see pressure or harass coming in. You want to be saturated on 3 base with 4 gas ASAP.
EDIT 2: Also, just saturate your fourth when it's up, and take 5th and 6th gas when lair finishes.
