open cmd prompt (search "cmd") and type: ping www.d2jsp.org -t
look at the ping results you get. you can stop pinging by closing the window or using ctrl+c.

sc2 has very very low internet requirements to play. if that is laggy, something must be terribly wrong. you can play it with 56k modem speed without lags

There are some strange issues ocurring in whole South America with internet. Sites and programs that have national servers are working fine, but international are laggin hard

And this is happening with two proividers, the two biggest in Brazil
