Zerg Buffed - Topic

I'm not sure how are ultras getting buffed? someone could explain? I get how the mech upgrade will help me, but I don't see how are ultras related to this balance update.

because they are countered by a tier 2
but a life buff wont help them

but they are buffing vipers starting energy, and overseer speed, or am I missing something?

Why do people not realize that buffing viper energy is literally like...useless.

They get charged up before they even leave the hatchery they spawned from in less than 30 seconds
