Lets see we can start off with the obvious in Pau, he was barely an all star in Memphis and he comes to play with Kobe and all of the sudden he's the 'most gifted big man' in the league - thanks to Kobe.
How about all the people that came to play with Kobe, looked great, then left and looked shit! Farmar, Sasha, Ariza, Odom, Sessions. They all left after playing with Kobe and got good contracts from other teams and then completely tanked. Farmar and Sasha left and ended up getting waived by their NBA teams and went to play in Europe, Ariza went to NO to rot, Odom got waived by Dallas and literally cried that he was getting kicked from lakerland. How about Sessions, has a good small run with Kobe and tries to get money somewhere else and goes unheard from ever again. You can even make an example of looking at Shaq's numbers with and without Kobe, they were much MUCH better with Kobe.
Kobe doesn't make his teammates better, what a joke. I guess Pau was on his way to an NBA final without him right? Oh wait, he never won a playoff game until he came to play with Kobe. What players had the same success after Kobe than Before? None, not even Shaq.
As for role players not wanting to come and play with Kobe...we just signed Nick Young ( 17ppg last year ) and Wesley Johnson ( another great role player ) for this year. Also Farmar can't come back fast enough to play with Kobe and have him make him look 10x better than he is.

Nobody gets their stats playing with Kobe, Pau led the Grizzlies to a 50win season, multiple playoff appearances with him as the franchise player and he was a 19/8 guy for his career
Sessions played much better when he was in Cleveland/Milwaukee and turned to shit when he couldn't play his position as PG with Kobe trying to run the show
Shaq was a fucking monster with/without Kobe, he's arguably the best center of all time and definitely the most dominant
