Well if u FE getting 1 scan isn't bad really but you have to either scan the natural to see if he expo'd or scan the main for his tech...you cant rly catch both if your scv dies.
And most of the time if you scan the main, you wont rly see his tech nor be 100% sure of what he does assuming he has just a robo... (could be immortal all in, a few obs, fast colo etc)
Especially if they proxy'd a stargate, u wont see it ^.^

as for blink allin, going double gas at 28 supply (skipping 3rd rax) into marauders immediately after getting 9 marines gives you 9 marines and 2 marauders comfortably before 7 minutes.
7 marines is enough to defend oracle but u will lose alot of scvs just because oracles are so fast and you have to defend your main ++ your natural...its impossible unless u cc on high ground and stay in your main forever and be contained by oracles
you need turrets...and even with turrets you often lose couple scvs to oracles just because they can kill workers in gas outside range of turrets
